Products packaged by CAPSULAR are individually inspected by our team of packaging experts to review batch accuracy, perfect label placement, secure sealing and overall packaging quality.

Random detection

Batch inventory is products tracked with a specific number. This process is a necessary element of manufacturing, especially for perishable goods. Each product is individually batch numbered to allow for traceability, raw material review, testing, and ensuring batch-to-batch consistency.

Automated packaging detection

CAPSULAR has invested heavily in our automated packaging capabilities. We have the ability to deliver products to the packaging line meticulously, quickly, safely and efficiently. Our automated packaging systems ensure each product is fully inspected for weight, consistent appearance, faster turnaround times, and smoother transitions between runs.

Third-party testing

All of our products will be tested by third-party authoritative laboratories after they are developed into finished products.
